Denver—The Boomer Group, a specialty  employment services firm known for connecting smart, fast and experienced workers with Colorado companies, announced today it is changing its name to Experience Factor.

Instead of focusing on experienced talent from a single generation, Experience Factor will specialize in recruiting elite and experienced workers of all ages who can have the greatest impact to top companies along the Front Range, company founder and President Stephanie Klein said.

“Over the past few years, it’s become clear to me that our firm’s specialty is connecting employers with savvy, experienced personnel,” Klein said. “While we’ve gotten a lot of attention as advocates for outstanding workers of the baby boomer generation, we’re experts at working with and placing smart, seasoned workers regardless of their age demographic.  We believe a key factor with successful workers is experience. This is how we arrived at our new name, Experience Factor.”

Klein founded The Boomer Group in 2003, Since then, she and the company have been featured by 9News, CBS 4, New York Times, Denver Post, Denver Business Journal and ColoradoBiz Magazine for the firm’s innovative approach of connecting talented, experienced workers with local companies, even during the down economy. Klein also serves as a columnist on human resources and staffing issues.

Klein leads Experience Factor’s staff with 25 years of combined recruiting and business consulting expertise. Klein is past president of the board of directors of the Colorado Human Resource Association and a member of the Colorado Society of Human Resource Management. Experience Factor, servicing all of Colorado, connects companies with smart, fast, and experienced workers for contract, long-term or direct hire placements.

“Our name is the only thing that’s changing,” Klein said. “We’re still the best firm around at finding experienced talent and using our insight and experience to help companies who need workers that can step in and get the job done quickly.”
